Order processing
Orders are processed within 3 business days after your order is placed, unless otherwise stated.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods, promotions, product launches, supplier delays, carrier delays, or unexpected disruptions, processing times may vary. If there is a significant issue with your order, we will contact you where practical.
Shipping locations
Set To Rep currently ships within Australia only.
We do not currently offer international shipping. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.
Shipping costs may vary depending on delivery location, order weight, order size, shipping method, carrier rates, and any promotional shipping offers that may apply.
Shipping providers and shipping rates may change from time to time.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, carrier network, public holidays, peak periods, and external factors outside our control.
Any delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Set To Rep is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect address details, public holidays, severe weather, operational disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after your order has been shipped.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after dispatch.
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us at settorep@gmail.com and we will assist where practical.
Incorrect shipping address
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us immediately at settorep@gmail.com.
We will try to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
Set To Rep is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at settorep@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
For damaged parcels, please include clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, damaged item, and any damaged internal packaging.
We may need to contact the carrier or request further information before confirming the next steps.
Where the issue is covered by Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
Authority to leave and unattended parcels
If you choose delivery instructions such as authority to leave, safe drop, or leaving a parcel unattended, you acknowledge there may be an increased risk of loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
Set To Rep is not responsible for parcels that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery due to customer delivery instructions, except where required by law.
Split shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate parcels depending on product availability, order size, packaging requirements, or fulfilment requirements.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, tracking may be provided separately where available.
